Delivery Policy

At Bilashi Bazar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably.

1. Delivery Areas

Emergency Delivery
Emergency Delivery is available only within Kishoreganj Sadar.

Regular Delivery
Regular Delivery is available within Kishoreganj Sadar.

Transport Delivery
For customers outside Kishoreganj Sadar, we provide delivery through transport/courier services across Bangladesh, where applicable.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery area, delivery type, order size, and applicable transport/courier charges.

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation.

3. Emergency Delivery

Emergency Delivery is available only within Kishoreganj Sadar.

Emergency orders may have a different delivery charge from regular delivery orders.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, order preparation, traffic, weather, and other operational conditions.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

Our team may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to verify order details when necessary.

Incorrect or incomplete customer information may result in delivery delays.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on:

• Delivery location

• Product availability

• Order preparation time

• Traffic conditions

• Weather conditions

• Transport/courier availability

• Public holidays

• Unforeseen circumstances

We always try to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide:

• Correct name

• Active mobile number

• Complete delivery address

• Nearby landmark, when necessary

Customers should remain available at the provided delivery location or coordinate with the delivery person when contacted.

7. Delivery Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers should receive and confirm their order according to Bilashi Bazar's applicable delivery and return procedures.

8. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to receive the order, or other customer-related reasons, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
