Customers should contact Bilashi Bazar as soon as possible after receiving the order if there is any issue with the product.

Please provide:

  • Customer name

  • Mobile number

  • Details of the problem

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, when required

Our team will review the request and inform you about the next steps.

3. Product Condition

For a return to be accepted, the product should generally be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Products

If the return is caused by an error on the part of Bilashi Bazar, applicable return delivery costs may be covered by Bilashi Bazar.

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and refund method will be communicated to the customer after the return is reviewed and approved.

8. Exchange / Replacement

If a replacement is approved and the requested product is available, Bilashi Bazar may arrange an exchange.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution or applicable refund may be offered.

Customers are encouraged to check the product and packaging at the time of delivery whenever possible.

Return approval is subject to verification of the product and the reason for the return.
